Wil je ultimate frisbee leren?

De City League Leiden is een open competitie van 3 avonden om een keertje kennis te maken met ultimate frisbee. De eerste avond wordt kort de basistechniek van frisbee uitgelegd en hoe je deze kan gebruiken een de spectaculaire spelvorm ultimate. Dan spelen we een kleine competitie met teams van 5 mannen en vrouwen van allerlei verschillende spelniveau's. Dus ervaring is niet nodig!

Je kunt je individueel inschrijven of met een paar vrienden. Je kunt natuurlijk aangeven dat je samen in een team wilt zitten. De organisatie zal ervoor zorgen dat teams gelijk niveau hebben. Het is niet erg als je niet alle dagen kan, maar laat het even weten aan de organisatie door een mail te sturen naar cityleague@panic-ultimate.nl.

Ben je geinteresseerd maar wil je meer weten, stuur dan even een mailtje naar cityleague@panic-ultimate.nl.


De City League Leiden zal plaatsvinden op de volgende dinsdagen om 19.30:

  • 15 juni
  • 22 juni

Alle dagen spelen we op het Universitair Sportcentrum. De Leiden City League wordt georganiseerd door de frisbee-vereniging PANIC Ultimate Leiden.

The Leiden City League is organized by the frisbeeclub PANIC Ultimate from Leiden. It is a three day competition to introduce people to Ultimate frisbee in a fun and playful way. After a short introduction to the basics of ultimate a small competition will be played in teams of 5 consisting of men and women of various levels of experience, so experience is not necessary! You can join individually or with some friends by registering on this website. The organization will create teams of equal strength. If you can't make it all of the days, that's not a problem, but please let the organization know by sending an e-mail to cityleague@panic-ultimate.nl.

The Leiden City League will take place in June, three Tuesdays on 19.30 at the sportscentre:

Hello all,

Thanks for coming to the City League 2010! You can always join the Panic Ultimate trainings on Tuesday.

If you are interested to receive a weekly update to keep informed about frisbee activities and details (location etc) about trainings, please reply on this e-mail with YES!. This is without any obligations and of course you can unsubscribe any time you like.

Next training we will do some ultimate on the beach. More info will be put in the weekly update, so if you want to join, please reply on this mail.

Second City League day on USC fields

Dear all,

Next Tuesday is the second day of the City League. If you couldn't make it the first day, don't hesitate to come the second day! We will again start at 19.30.

Please note that it will take place on the same fields as last time, so at the University Sports Centre. The messages on the website some weeks ago where wrong, in case you read that.

One final small note: as you may have noticed it is useful to have shoes that prevent you from sliding much. We recommend you to wear shoes studs if you have these. It will improve your grip and so prevent sliding and assist you with rapid changes of direction.
If you don't have shoes with studs, ordinary sports shoes will work as well.
