Hi all,
I'm so excited for next Tuesday (April 26) we will kick off the Hague City League 2011!
This Tuesday we will teach you the basics of Ultimate Frisbee. You will learn the rules and some awesome throws.
We will end the training with a match of Ultimate, completed with some experienced players.
To be well prepared, read on:
- Bring a filled water bottle.
- Wear sports clothes and shoes. We play on grass, so if you happen to have (soccer-)shoes with studs ('noppen') I would recommend those.
- You can use the facilities from sports ground K.S.R.V. Vredenburch to change clothes and take a shower afterwards.
- Bring your belongings to the field, don't leave anything in the dressing rooms.
- For administration reasons: please bring the 10 euro submission fee, we will bring the discs that you get from this (UP members please bring the 2.50 euro).
The training starts at 19:30h at K.S.R.V. Vredenburch, Julialaantje 15B, 2282 NW Rijswijk.
There is still room for you to bring you friends, even if they didn't register at the website yet!
